​​Appointments & Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a  24 hour notice for any cancellation or change of services. This will allow us the opportunity to fill your time slot so our stylists can accommodate another guest that is waiting to get in.

We do understand that at times certain situations may arise that will require you to cancel or change your appointment at the last minute, however, if after booking twice you fail to give us a 24 hour cancellation notice, we will require a credit card to book and hold your next appointment. Your credit card will be charged half of the total cost of your scheduled services that day if you fail to give 24 hour notice for any further cancellations. Alternately, you can choose to come in on a walk-in basis, however an appointment may not always be guaranteed.

We also understand that on occasion, being late is unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate you, however, arriving after your scheduled appointment time may require us to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate the next guest’s reserved appointment time.

Please remember to schedule your next appointment before you leave to ensure you get the day and time you would like. Our stylists are booking out weeks in advance and it may be difficult to get an appointment with your preferred stylist.


Children:

For safety reasons and for the comfort of our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring young children with you to your appointment. Some services can take hours and children can be a distraction for you, your stylist and other guests.

Personal Items:

We kindly request that you leave your jewelry and/or other valuables at home.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.


Payments:

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and our salon Gift Certificates for payment of services. 

We ask if possible, tips to be given in the form of check or cash.

Returned Check Fees:

There is a $25.00 processing fee on any returned check. We do not accept post dated checks.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available in any amount, are non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates can be used towards any service or retail product in our salon and must be presented at time of check out if using as a form of payment.
Trio Hair Design is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Our gift certificates never expire.


Refunds & Exchanges:


If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, gently used products may be exchanged for an item of equal value or returned with the original receipt for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds on retail items are issued in the same manner as the original purchase.

Service Satisfaction:


We do not offer refunds on services.

We strive to make each client happy at every visit to our salon. If there is something you are unhappy with, please let us know BEFORE you leave the salon so we can make any adjustments needed that day or if necessary, re-schedule you to come back in to the salon another day so we can make the adjustment.

If you decide after leaving the salon that you want any changes made to your hair color or cut, we are happy to accommodate you providing we are notified within 7 days of service performed.  After one week has passed, additional charges may be incurred.
